elementTIME release – 10.2 some awesome changes
Version 10.2 of elementTIME has a whole lot of quick wins, including some requested changes to the daily timecards (such as the ability to load multiple times against the same project in a single panel), and introduces timesheet smoothing for users on period glide shifts, allowing them to auto-complete missing hours in the period.
elementTIME release -10.1
This patch release for elementTIME includes production versions of all new elementTIME API for the elementTIME mobile application and new API connectors for the Authority ERP system. It also includes upgraded functionality to manage system access for different user types including Audit, Managers and Ordinary Users.
elementTIME release – 10.0 Timecards and time types
Version 10 of elementTIME includes new framework, more speed and an altered interface for recording time through daily timecards allowing more flexibility for capturing additional data fields. We have also introduced time types – allowing users to select how they are working and trigger alternative excess time rules based on the time type. Check out the detail and get excited.
elementTIME release – 9.2 Expected Hours
This version includes enhancements of process queues to improve the speed of calculations and loading time of certain tasks like approving leave, there are also a number of small changes, fixes as well as changes to allowances and a major revision to scheduling functionality.
elementTIME release – 9.01 Improved parent vs child relationships
This version includes some small changes to just make a couple of things easier but it also has a major user change to the selection of complex work order / project lists.
elementTIME release – 9.0 – minutes not decimal
Most of 9.00 involves changes you will never know to assist in upcoming functionality but there are a few things you might notice. We have reworked the methodology for converting decimal time to minutes to resolve rounding challenges with odd work times (more on that below), allowed users the ability to move timesheet modals so you can see what is behind the modal and done a bunch of other little tweaks.
elementTIME release 8.13 – terminate user
Get ready for getting your socks knocked off – okay maybe not quite your socks but in this release, you get a whole lot of changes to help manage staff including terminating users, new dashboards, new notifications and other cool things. I know right – AWESOME.
elementTIME Release 8.12c – timesheet workflow builder
8.12c brings in full workflow functionality to timesheet submission, management and approval processes. It also includes new timesheet summary and excess time views, a timesheet review page for payroll officers, missing time apply for leave buttons, better timesheet validation messages, the ability to add attachments to leave requests after submission, and updated timesheet pdfs. Yes, it is pretty awesome.
Version Release 8.12b3 – Changes to layout and summary information
This release includes changes to the layout and information on timesheet pages, the amendment of excess time rules to include a distinct class of rule of tracking unpaid overtime and new layout and information on the timesheet summary page for payroll officers.
Version Release 8.12b2 – Starting 2020 on the right foot
This release contains a number of post-New Years tidy up tasks to start 2020 off on the right foot. Lots of little bug, enhancements and tweaks. Happy 2020 everyone.
