This is a minor release including expansions of existing reports, some bug fixes, changes to timesheet workflow actions, changes to improve higher duties before the main rework. Sweet deals people.

This patch to Version 10.4 of elementTIME included all our normal let’s get it done tasks before the end of the year – let’s be honest, most of what we do in the end of year patch is functionality to solve things that annoy us but trust us – these are little but cool things you will enjoy as well.

This version 10.4 of elementTIME includes new manual excess time adjustment tables, new filters for timesheets allowing timesheets to be viewed by role, small changes to alerts and reports and enhancements on integrations with Synergy and Authority Payroll Systems.

This patch release to version 10.3 has new filters for sorting My Teams timesheets, new leave approval process when approving leave as part of timesheet final approval, the ability to edit role, time types and projects against already recorded time blocks. Plus a bunch of other things to keep the improvements coming while we work on the next big release. Cause even small things can be awesome.

This release has a range of enhancements across the platform and includes balance cap notifications (for leave/flex/RDO), the ability to trigger excess time rules based on total hours per day across all shifts, even if staff are on multiple roles, the ability to set maximum hours per day per role even on auto-align shifts, ability to set use of pro-rata leave by leave type, the ability to automate removing Flexi and TOIL balances that exceed cap limits and the ability to hide leave types from personal dashboards and negative leave balances.

These cumulative updates are mainly fixes and functionality to support the latest release of the mobile application. However, there are of course a couple of items for users to take note of, including the ability to set whether hours should ignore ordinary span of hours by time type, lots of report changes and the ability to bulk download all timesheets/leave requests and attachments for an entire pay run (though we recommend EDRMS integration).

Version 10.3 of elementTIME includes preemptive delivery of workflow to support new plant and work-order management. New integration engine for managing integrations with Civica Authority users with private API and public API options and a host of other small changes.

Patch release 1 of version 10.2 of elementTIME includes some quick fixes for version 10.2 and items that didn’t make it out of testing for the main release. But really this is a release for us as it includes framework upgrades and some other stuff to make things awesome under the hood.
