elementTIME pricing

We think everyone has the right to know what they are paying for, and to get what they are paying for.

No excuses
No adjustments for 'complexity'.
No hidden clauses or 'it depends' statements.
And if you’re not getting it, you should be able to stop paying for it (without your data holding you hostage, or crazy font size 3 contract conditions).

We especially think this applies to government, and local government most of all.

Our pricing is different

You don’t want the same, you want different. That’s probably why you’re here. So we don’t hide our charges – in fact, here they are.

We would rather put our energy into helping you make local government payroll more awesome than hiding our prices or figuring out how to trick you into paying more.

elementTIME is offered under a simple SaaS model with pricing per user, per month for everything. You can choose annual or monthly billing and even amortise your licence and project costs.

Putting you first is what we do, even with billing.

Plus

Flexible or fixed-price costs for implementation and integration (including access to our structured implementation success plan) to ensure you are set up and your work team is onboarded.

Why does transparency with pricing matter?

TL:DR – Because it does. It matters a lot.

Okay. Between us, we think it’s like this:

If someone buys a car for the school run, they know what they are buying and what they’re buying it for. There’s an understanding of the need between all the people involved (the buyer needs a car, and the seller/vendor is selling a car).

So, in this case, imagine that after buying the car and it’s been delivered, it has no engine. The person who brought it wouldn’t (and shouldn’t) accept it. Right?

Not even if the seller/vendor told them, “Look, it’s true that this car doesn’t meet your needs. But if you get your kids to push it, you’ll have a car!”

Or

“Actually, this is a bit more complex than we thought. Why don’t you buy a flat-bed truck from us? We’ll put your car on it, and you can drive the truck to move the car around.”

Maybe this example is too simplified, but you get the gist. People wouldn’t accept it, and rightly so. People wouldn’t also double down and buy other cars from the same seller in the hope that, this time, they might put an engine in, even if they don’t ask for it. If it were me doing that, I’m pretty sure my business partner would have some strong words to describe me in my next performance review!

So basically, we don’t think software and services for government should be much different. Just like the buyer of the car in the example above, government shouldn’t accept workarounds or excuses or play the ‘Oh, you are so complex’ game when buying software and services from vendors. Both sides of the deal should show up and keep showing up.

We show up (and help you show up as well)

With our pricing, what you get from us is us. Not us playing the game, but us showing up. Not just on sale day, but every time you need us, as much as you need us.

We’ll be there to help you evolve your payroll, and we don’t stop with configuring either. Your payroll business needs to evolve and should be able to evolve.

Beyond software, we provide support, help, and evolvement* (and a desire to push you to evolve your payroll into something awesome that you can use for more than just ensuring your organisation pays it’s people correctly and consistently).

We believe understanding how your staff work, how they use plant, and what they spend their time on provides information to make informed, proactive decisions that allow local government to transform.

So basically, you are paying for a company full of individuals who care. Not just about your payroll, but also about local government. In all things.

*evolvement = a state of evolving for awesome. We are pretty sure this should be a real word.

No one seemed to have had a good experience and achieved the outcomes we were looking for. When we discovered elementTIME, it immediately appealed as it was designed specifically for local government challenges and complexities.

elementTIME has made the managers responsible for ensuring their staff are getting the right allowances.

I have been a project manager for a very long time across all sorts of industries, including large ASX companies. I just wanted to say that you guys are the best vendor I have worked with, many levels above anyone else. .

I am using the plant view when approving timesheets and have already found an issue with my guys using the wrong plant, a big thumbs up and thank you

Excellent! The support team are simply fabulous. They respond to our enquiries rapidly and normally provide solutions immediately. For enquiries that need more investigation, they will always keep us updated on progress. They often take on a lot of the laborious data updates themselves. I honestly couldn’t praise the support team enough, it is a pleasure working with them.

The quality of the timesheet information has made it much easier for the Payroll team to identify and resolve issues quickly.

What excellent software. Thank you for your exceptional assistance

Wanted to pass on some feedback I received from our latest 3 recruits.
They have all mentioned how user friendly the program is & how easy it is to navigate around.

Please pass on a big HUGE thank you, shout out, high five and fist pump to the Dev Team.
I will have a number of super happy managers with some of the new functionality.
Great work elementTIME! Keep it up

Nic and the team are awesome and were extremely helpful before, during, and after implementation.

Parks and Gardens who we started this pay period has already asked us to onboard 3 team leaders – now we just have to keep up with them! The 4 we onboarded this week can already see the benefits and are selling it to other for us!

You are the best helpdesk i have ever dealt with – you are just there

We needed a solution for all council staff, not just the relatively simple indoor office staff. elementTIME was the only solution we found that could manage the complex outdoor staff use cases and we were able validate directly with several other councils that were already using it.
