Webinar:
Changing payrun dates – lessons and thoughts
Share the lessons and process from a council that has been there and gone ahead and changed their payrun dates
The thought of making changes to payrun dates or timeframes gives most payroll officers (and human resource staff) a cold sweat. Sometimes, though, how it has always been done needs to change.
Join Sharon Francis from Mount Barker District Council as she shares how her council recently implemented changing its payrun dates. Sharon will discuss what drove the need for change and how the council went about it. This includes the challenges they had and how they addressed both real and perceived fears around the change.
