elementTIME Terms of Service for Individual Users

Hey there!

This document sets out the ground rules for using the elementTIME app and platform as an individual user. We keep it friendly, but it’s important to have clear terms so we all know where we stand.

Note: These terms apply only to you as an individual user. Your access depends on your organisation maintaining its agreement with us.

1. Acceptance

By using elementTIME, you agree to follow these terms and all applicable laws. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

2. User License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use one copy of elementTIME on your device for personal, work-related use only. You can’t:

  • Modify, copy, or create derivative works

  • Use for commercial resale or public display

  • Decompile or reverse engineer

  • Remove our copyright or other notices

  • Share or “mirror” the app elsewhere

If you break these rules, your license ends automatically. When your license ends, you must delete all copies.

3. Disclaimer

elementTIME is provided “as is.” We don’t make promises about accuracy, reliability, or fitness for your particular needs.

4. Liability

We aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app (like lost data or business losses).

5. Updates and Accuracy

We may update or change content at any time. We don’t promise everything will always be current or error-free.

6. Links

We’re not responsible for other websites linked from the app. Use them at your own risk.

7. Changes

We might update these terms from time to time. By continuing to use elementTIME, you accept the current version.

8. Confidentiality (NDA)

By using elementTIME, you agree to keep any non-public information you access through the app confidential. You can’t share it outside your organisation without permission. This obligation continues even after you stop using the app.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand or Australia. You agree to the jurisdiction of their courts.

We’re here to help if you have questions. Thanks for being part of the elementTIME community! ❤️
