elementTIME version 8.12 – You make the rules
8.12 of elementTIME is a major release with functionality released over the month of August 2019 to reduce the amount of change on users. Functionality includes new leave banks, employee custom notification manager, employee service history, fully conditional workflows, updated timesheet and leave PDFs, improvements to excess time comments and changes to timesheet and leave recording screens, multiple approval function for payroll officers, employee wizard and all the things.
elementTIME version 8.11 – Business Intelligence
8.11 contains changes to user management, dashboards, improved display and view settings and changes to assigning activity codes.
elementTIME version 8.10 – Department dashboards, new timesheet approval pages and more
This release includes refinements to how timesheet approval pages are displayed, department manager dashboards and lots of other good things.
elementTIME version 8.9 – penalties and additional duties update
elementTIME version 8.9 features a major functionality release change adding to excess time and allowances functionality (plus lots of other good things).
elementTIME patch release 8.8(.20) – dashboard improvements and other changes.
Release 8.8.20 includes changes to dashboard information, the ability for managers to view indirect employee timesheets and leave requests and auto resizing of profile images.
elementTIME release 8.7 – Even better organisation charts, real time project dashboards, employee timelines and notifications
elementTIME 8.7 includes real time project dashboards, employee profile timeline and notifications pages, internal notes, enhanced organisation / hierarchy functionality, payroll officer control of avatars / profile photos, change to leave availability calculation and the normal tweaks.
elementTIME 8.06 release – because sometimes you just need to do all the many things
elementTIME 8.06 included an new multi-view native organisation chart builder, unlimited open and manual project entry into timesheets, changes to leave, reports and schedules. Basically all the many things.
elementTIME release 8.05 – Glide shifts for flexitime workers
8.05 of elementTIME is a major release version introducing new glide shift functionality (and of course the normal round of other smaller enhancements).
elementTIME release 8.04 – excess time, scheduling and little things
New setting allowing the decision on whether excess time is approved by default or requires individual approval by instance. There are increased validations and settings to help the management of shift types.
elementTIME release 8.03 – data, data, data
Responsive dashboards showing organisation statistics, FTE counts, employee breakdowns as well as trends for tracking leave, excess time worked and other metrics. All users how have access to personal dashboards displaying leave, excess time and worked hours over time.
Payroll officers have additional tools to help visually track variances between payruns, overall payrun trends as well as new reports to show leave requests by payrun, leave variances, changes between employees by payrun, and updated extract reports.
elementTIME release 8.02 – right tools for the job
Highlights of this release include functionality to allow payroll officers to override scheduled hours, new higher duties workflows, new personal employee profile section, tenant style settings and expanded timesheet summary options.
There is also a major rework of how schedule functionality works including performance of copying schedules.
elementTIME patch release 8.01
This patch includes major revisions to service and application calls to increase system response when users are in low bandwidth or limited resource areas. This is also to provide for planned functionality over the next few phases where we introduce integrated plant and equipment timesheets and expand our scheduling and roster functionality to offer more flexibility to casual and contractors.
elementTIME – release 8.1 pay run processing wizard
Version 8.1 releases the payroll processing wizard. This helps guide users to manage their own close of pay-run.
It also adds functionality allowing timesheet approvers and payroll officers to apply for leave on behalf of direct reports direct from their timesheet.
elementTIME – major release 8.0
elementTIME 8.0 is a major framework release but it also comes with auto complete options on timesheets As my 4 year old says - 'are you kidding me?' No I am not... For users where you want to just manage timesheet exceptions (like leave, excess time and allowances)...
elementTIME – release version 7.18
elementTIME 7.18 is about adding new functionality to the recording and approving of workflow for excess time.
We also altered some of the rules around how excess time rules can be assigned to individuals and added some new reporting.
