Release notes

Aluminium 5.00
There are a bunch of enhancements and work in here including integrations. Items of note include changes to integration to allow dealing with passing half pay and double pay leave via integration and new plant views on timesheets, plant sheets, and reports.

Aluminium 4.00
A nice little release if I may say so myself. Great additions to the penalty and auto-allowance condition triggers, new reports, lots of tidying up, and let’s not forget, custom widgets and deduct breaks directly from timecards.

Aluminium 3.00
We made it. There were so many parts to this version that we worried we might not hit the monthly release target on this one. So many little things including the quick tasks to counter some of the things we introduced in Aluminium 2.00. We hope you find something here to delight you. My personal favourite is a tiny tweak to the schedule labels.

Aluminium 2.00
The key functionality released in this version is actually secret, not because we don’t want to share but because it is all stuff that happens behind the scenes: framework upgrades, performance enhancements, and stuff like that.

Magnesium 9.00
The key functionality released in this version is new options for users who record time against work orders and who also work across midnight (start in one day and finish in another), and additional triggers for auto-allowances. There is a bunch of other functionality there as well. Check it out.

Magnesium 8.00
In this release, I finally caved in to the demand for an ‘approve all’ button. We released a bunch of new allowance and penalty triggers, made it easier to assign plant items, and a bunch of other stuff. Settle in and read all about it.

Magnesium 7.00
This release includes a number of productivity wins and a couple of features for normal users. For payroll managers, allowances can now be set to allow a single allowance request to be split across multiple allowance types and for glide shift schedules to be copied from day to day. For normal users, leave requests can now automatically replace conflicting worked hours. Plus there is some other cool stuff in here.

Magnesium 6.00
This close to Christmas, there are lots of little things to keep everyone happy. This version of elementTIME also includes some cool functionality, including the ability to post ad hoc allowances to work-orders worked, and the ability to replace already recorded hours with a leave request automatically. Make sure you check out all the little things so they feel important as well.

Magnesium 5.00
Look, this release is really about the ability for a user to now have a master (parent) profile and an unlimited number of child profiles. However, there are a bunch of other cool things like syncing pay classes from Authority, and a whole bunch of little tidy up things for the end of the year (including lots of API service changes).

Magnesium 4.00
This release has a lot of tweak functionality to improve what already exists as well as the ability for managers to download their own workforce reports.

Magnesium 3.00
This is a major release for users with multiple roles. It significantly changes the way those users can be managed allowing separation of data between roles while still allowing a single timesheet for the user.

Magnesium 2.01
This version of elementTIME has a huge number of upgrades and changes including to the environment, processes, security and integration connectors. This also includes alterations to scheduled jobs and commands. There are also new reports, dynamic naming for work orders and other functionality.

Magnesium 0.00
This version of elementTIME introduces a manual import module, allowing users to manually import their own datasets for one off use cases or where their ERP has limited integration options for certain data sets. There are also a number of small enhancements that are worth checking out.

Sodium – Patch 2.001 all the small things
This is a minor release including expansions of existing reports, some bug fixes, changes to timesheet workflow actions, changes to improve higher duties before the main rework. Sweet deals people.
