elementTIME – release version 7.14

In a nutshell

Rolling out to users 2 August 2017, this release of elementTIME:

  • returns sort functionality to the new mobile friendly tables,
  • adds full leave request information to personal requests,
  • provides the ability to set if managers should be able to approve timesheets at any time during a payrun period,
  • automates leave duration for full time employees with built in FTE calculations, and automates full day leave requests even if working multiple shifts (rather than needing start and end times),
  • adds personalised timesheet headers to timesheets, and
  • provides new workflows for submitting timesheets with under and over time recording.

And, as always, we have made a lot of data optimisation changes.

Aluminium 9.00 introduces key changes to assist in the management of the assignment of work-orders synced from Authority ERP systems, however, the changes can also be utilised by users with other chart of account systems. It also introduces tags into elementTIME allowing tags to be assigned and then used as a mechanism for assignments and building relationships between data.
