The down low

This one is mostly about us – doing stuff behind the scenes and a bunch of functionality to improve load speeds and workflow management across the existing mobile app. Also, to make the conversion to Silicon workflows less intensive.

Oh alright, we also put in a couple of small tweaks because we know it’s not just about us.

Shared calendars for leave

We know the native elementTIME leave calendars are awesome, but sometimes people just need more.

So, now users with Outlook/Entra can sync leave requests with personal calendars and shared calendars such as a department or even a whole organisation calendar. Sharing can be set to a department only or including child departments.

The calendars do not need a license (as you can just create an unlicensed email/calendar account). Provided our service account has access (which it should by default), that is all you should need to do.

Filters over work-order assignment groups

You can now filter work-order assignment rules by group name to check what assignment groups are linked to what work-order group. We should have done that a little while ago sorry 🙁

Hide pay types from selection options on duty request forms

You can now select to hide certain pay types from view (and selection) when making higher and additional duty requests. Just hit the “can be selected as duty pay rate” flag, change the value to false, and the pay type will be hidden from anyone making those requests.

Filters for user access on audit dashboards

You audit users can now filter to see what users have what level of system access without needing to search for it.

Hit the filter and see the results – done. You’re welcome.
