Simple timesheets. One device.

For many operational employees, workforce doesn’t all work behind a desk and sitting at a computer isn’t part of the working day. Kiosk puts elementTIME in a familiar, central location at the depot or facility, ready for staff to use when they need it.

An employee can arrive for their shift, walk up to the shared kiosk, access elementTIME through facial recognition, PIN, native login or SSO, record the start of their day and get on with the job.

They can return to the kiosk when needed, whether its during a break or at the end of their shift to record their work, update relevant projects, work-orders, plant data, review their timesheet and complete any remaining actions before heading home.

Kiosk gives operational teams easy access to the full elementTIME experience without relying on every employee having their own council device or regularly working from a desktop.

And staff can even select pirate mode - ‘a ha my matey get your timesheet done.’

The kiosk function is especially useful for depots, works crews, facilities such as libraries or pools and other operational environments where multiple employees can access elementTIME through a centrally located tablet or terminal, allowing an easier timesheet recording process.

This feature is another way to access elementTIME, rather than another process - all data captured in the kiosk is still available on web browser, mobile app so staff can continue to work across multiple devices.

This means employee records will remain connected to the same timesheet, award interpretation, approval and payroll workflows.

Councils also have the opportunity to add or remove Kiosk devices as their needs change.
