Excess-time accrual rules

Flexible, configurable rules that govern the accrual, management, and taking of flexi-time, TOIL and RDOs. From setting rules on caps and what happens after the cap is exceeded, to customising approvals for TOIL of less than agreed hours, and everything else you wish you could do with your accrued hours.

Penalties

Automatic application and calculation of penalties by offset hours or additonal hours according to multiple conditions, and rules to align with awards and EBAs. Applied at time of timesheet submission so staff and managers have full visibility.

Allowances

Automatic and ad hoc allowances for everything from the everyday first aid and tool entitlements to ad hoc mileage and dead animal pick up. Ensure your staff can select the allowances that are relevant to them and that managers have full visibility over everything their staff apply for.
